Based on powerful new database technology, Micro offers a stable, high-performance platform to launch a series of exciting new Barcoding services. Micro is directly architected to target small businesses that have the need to more effectively manage inventory and other business building barcode related issues. One of the key features of Micro, is the fact that this product series leverages a rugged, fast, and low cost Opticon OPN-2001 barcode reader. This product when combined with Micro's innovative software, allows the user to perform management operations that would traditionally require a much larger hardware investment. High priced scanners, and higher priced software make cost recovery much more difficult, which keeps the benefits of barcode tracking out of reach for many. Initially this product offering offers two optional expansion modules to extend Micro's base feature set, which includes inventory counting and barcode printing services, to include Ordering and Loyalty services.
